You may be aware we have been discussing a little weekend getaway.  It will be next Sat. & Sun., Apr. 20 & 21.  The expected cost per person is $125.  In an effort to make this as affordable as possible, the package price includes admission to Dollywood, Ripley’s Aquarium, lodging and transportation costs.  Money will be needed for meals both days and spending money as appropriate.  4 to 8 chaperones will be needed, depending on the final number of students.  A deposit of $65 is due by Monday (4/15) with the balance due by the end of the week. Credits in your band account may be used toward this trip.   Student room lists (4 per room) are due by Monday.  I apologize for the short notice.  More information will follow.

Basic Itinerary:
Saturday
6:40am                Band room opens
7:15                      Departure
10:00                    Arrive Sevierville (Tanger Outlets, Speed Park, etc.)
12:00                    Lunch / Rip. Aquarium
3:00                      Check into hotel
4:00                      Dollywood
9:00                      Return to hotel 

Sunday
9:30am                Check out of hotel
10:00                    Dollywood, other activities TBA
7:30                      Arrive back at AHS
